Refund policy
At Southern Grace Co., we want you to love your purchase! While we do not offer refunds back to the original payment method, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for store credit.
Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery and must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
Sale items, clearance items, accessories, and holiday collections are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
We encourage you to reach out with any questions about sizing, fit, materials, or styling before purchasing. Our team is always happy to help you feel confident in your selections! Please review your order carefully before checkout, as we do not allow order cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you receive an item with a defect, damage, or any issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We are committed to making things right and will work with you to find a fair solution.
